To download the desktop images just left click on the orange 'size' text below each thumbnail. A 19 / 20" monitor is usually 1600x1200 pixels and a 17" is 1280x1024 pixels. Left click to view a large full sized image then right click on the full image and select 'save image as....'. Because these pictures are mainly patterns they can be scaled up or down for different sized monitors.
